Tihomir Naslednikov is one of the prominent albeit lesser-known figures of Bulgaria's intellectual elite in the 20th century. A university professor and a lawyer, he witnessed or took part in many crucial historical events: WWI, the political turmoils of the 1930's, WWII, the Soviet occupation, the first decades of communism. The private archives of his family, including academic manuscripts, photographs, correspondence and documents about some of the important trials of the period where he or members of his family participated, are digitized, OCR-ed, annotated, supplied with an additional narrative framework, including memoirs of hisd family, and will be displayed in an online collection, in collaboration with the Bulgarian National Archives.
