EpiDoc (https://sourceforge.net/p/epidoc/wiki/Home/) is a subset of TEI XML designed for the encoding of historical documents such as inscriptions or papyri and EFES (https://github.com/EpiDoc/EFES) is a front-end service in development since 2017 to display and index collections of EpiDoc XML files. The TELAMON platform is based on PHP processing the .xml files rather than XSLT transformations. It retains the basic architecture and functionalities of the original EFES service with some added functionalities such as embedded maps, more detailed indexes, and a tag-by-tag visualization of the code in parallel with the descriptions of the monuments and the authority files. In contrast with the original EFES, TELAMON is more flexible as to adding or changing features but is intended to be run by a team of at least one humanitarian scholar (historian, epigrapher, linguist, etc.) and one web developer experienced in PHP. The beta version of the service output displaying a pilot collection of ancient inscriptions in Greek from Bulgaria can be seen here: https://telamon.space/ The source code will be uploaded soon to GitHub together with the documentation which is currently in course of preparation.
