iReteslaw is a repository of scientific papers, doctoral theses, abstracts, reviews, conference papers and lectures in the field of Slavic studies. It serves the dissemination and popularisation of scientific papers, and thus facilitates the exchange of scientific ideas between researchers in different centres and countries, The project’s goal is also the dissemination of knowledge in the field of Slavic language and culture among non-specialists and people outside the scientific community and (as well as in) academia. It also serves as the book publishing platform of the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences. The collection makes available books published by the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences, which since 2016, appear electronically (exclusively or simultaneously with a print edition). Also available are those books from before 2016, originally published in print, the appropriate licenses to which have been secured by the publisher. The iReteslaw Repository shares the idea of an open access promoted by the European Commission and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
